"A hidden gem! Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."

"I needed a one night’s stay near the Graz Airport. Finding Hotel Herberts was a perfect solution, quaint, comfortable, and inviting. I am just sad I had only one night there! I will definitely return!"

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Kroatien und können das schöne kleine Hotel, mit bester Lage am Fluss und zum Zentrum, nur bestens empfehlen. Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants in der Altstadt sehr gemütlich und romantisch gelegen. Kommen gerne wieder."
