This home was frustrating in the minimal provisions provided. It has three bedrooms sleeping six but the only table seats four. Four chairs, four placemats, dish sets for four. No table on the lanai and the grill advertised was a table top grill and it was not particularly convenient to sit on the floor to use it. No sauce pans, can opener, spoon long enough to cook with, salt or pepper. No toaster or dish towels. I called the number left for assistance and did receive requested fans for the house, but the toaster, can opener and dishtowels were finally delivered the evening of the sixth day we were there and we left the a day and a half later. The light didn't work in the living room so evening games were a challenge. My side of the bed had no stand or lamp for reading. No dressers and only 12 hangers were provided for 6 of us. We did appreciate the washer and dryer, 2 beach towels, cooler and sand toys. We also utilized the clippers in the storage closet so we could prune the driveway enough to drive in and out without scratching up the cars. Most of the rest of the yard needed a lot of attention as well. There were no instructions on the location of the community pool so we had to make calls to determine that. The pool was so cold the day we went that we didn't return after December 31st to find out if our passes to pool would have allowed us to enter. They stated that they were only good through the 31st and our stay extended until January 3rd. We did enjoy the pickleball courts that were available in the community center. In general this was just a very frustrating stay because of the poorly provisioned home.
