"Highly recommend this room at the Spruce Peak! There are beautiful views of the mountain and at night the view of the stars is phenomenal! The room was clean and comfy, with all the comforts of home. The room is located in a quiet wing of the lodge, not far from the pool. Short distance to the main lobby and restaurants. "I would only recommend this for adults, not appropriate at all for kids. Maybe older kids scary steep to walk down to the water no air conditioning no screens in order to keep the windows or doors open inside. The house is very pretty. The view from the deck is very nice. "The house is new and updated. The beds and linens are nice quality . It is also very clean the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Walking distance to downtown ! My only complaint is there is not a TV in the main living area for group watching of sports , etc. The main photo is the back of the house and does not show that you are about thirty feet from the major highway through Stowe.
