"We spent a couple of nights at the property. I reached out to the owner Tom a few times for some practical help regarding the home without any response. The house is dusty and needed some TLC. The access to the beach is consisted of a rope and a will to live. The best way is to walk out of the neighborhood and head to the punch bowl view point and use the stairs, about a 15 min walk. it’s not a good rental if you like to make your own meals at the property.
