The overall property was fine. Small things added up to mild frustration. In both of the bathrooms the electrical outlets did not work. One of the burners on the stove did not work. Only one small bedside lamp in the downstairs bedroom. We were told by the cleaners that the previous renter broke the front window closure and it could not be closed which was uncomfortable in the evenings. Kitchen was not well stocked with utensils, wine glasses (only one), no instructions on how to operate the gas BBQ (gas was left on by previous user) and dish washer. The windows were dirty and inhibited the view. Two final comments, the combination entry is too long and complicated. There is a lock box but it’s necessary to call the property manager to get the lock box combo and then the key did not work in the front door. We would not return to this property.

The place was nicely designed and furnished but there were several light bulbs out, a trash can that had not been emptied and dead worms on the floor at the main entry.

The beauty is the beach
The home would have been a lovely place to stay if there had not been so many neglected maintenance items we encountered. One of the window shades was broken and I reported it with pictures on the day we arrived (minor issue). There were no screens on any of the windows and they had obviously not been washed lately. The property was advertised as having a gas grill but on the first evening we discovered there was no propane tank or access to a gas line. Eliminating the opportunity to grill steaks. The master bath exhaust fan was not in working order and was reported (also a minor issue). We found very low water pressure at the kitchen sink and dishes were not getting clean in the dishwasher. We hand washed the dishes all week and reported the dishwasher problem (3 times) but maintenance didn’t come about the problem. I’m guessing it was because our stay was during a holiday week. The two sand dunes down to the beach were quite steep and difficult for older people (we are 75 and 80 years old) but easy enough for a teenager. The beach was beautiful and almost deserted. The bottom line is, I would not book this property again because of the numerous maintenance issues. The online pictures and descriptions are deceiving.

We tried to get property manager to send cleaners out to finish their work. Toilets and floors had not been cleaned. after repeated attempts to get results, we ended up doing the work ourselves. I think we should be refunded one night's stay.

Gorgeous Relaxing Home
This home was far bigger than we needed, but I wanted something a bit more modern and close to the beach. While you can't see the ocean from the house, it's just over the dunes and there you are. Was able to enjoy morning coffee oceanside! Bed was comfy, shower pressure was good, and house was clean. Some of the pans have seen better days and we couldn't figure out how to get the cable to work. We really enjoyed the swallow's next outside the front door and the baby birds that greeted us. We hope to return one day with friends.

Beautiful home in a great location
Large, comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. Puzzles and board games provided. Clean house with a little sand here and there due to it's close proximity to the beach. Be prepared for a 5-minute hike through an overgrown path to get to the beach but so worth it when you get there.

Overall nice stay!
We had an overall nice stay at this property. The Kitchen, Bathrooms and Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was nice, while you can't see the ocean its a very quick walk to the water. The property was pretty well equipped overall. Some attention to detail would benefit this property - both entertainment areas looked as though they hadn't been dusted in quite some time and the window sills at the front of the home needed some love.

Nice house but several small issues
We were very excited to be staying here and overall the house was fine. But there were several small issues that just added up to it just being okay. The bedroom with the twin beds door doesn’t close, and that smoke detector didn’t have batteries which was worrisome. There were some bugs, not many but we saw a few centipedes and pill bugs throughout our stay. The kitchen was a little lacking in some basics. Like the can opener was broken. My husband did his best to fix it but it was still barely useable and they have a spice rack but at least half of them are totally empty. This biggest issue was that the big tv in the theater room isn’t working. Couldn’t get the blu ray to work, couldn’t hook up anything else to it to work (we brought our roku). We contacted vacasa and someone came out and just said “yeah it’s not working.” The upstairs couch is very worn/sunken in and uncomfortable so it was either have comfortable chairs or have a working tv. Overall kind of disappointed and probably won’t book again.

Air travel gone wrong
We missed a flight to Alaska so decided to visit the Oregon coast We choose this house it was clean and nicely furnished, lots of room for all of us. We had a couple of issues and called property manager, Brian came within an hour and fix every issue, except for the gas fireplace, it needs some work also view of the ocean very limited. Wonderful time.

Great property
We had a nice stay in the house. Was very clean and cozy. Couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace, the Wi-Fi was very slow and we couldn’t watch anything on Netflix, and the master bedroom window leaked during the heavy rain but none of that was a huge problem for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday stay for twins
Stay was mostly good . Good location easy to check in . We had just a few things we had only one garbage bag for 6 night stay .. the washer door was broken . And our garbage outside was full from the guests prior everything else was great besides these few things . We enjoyed our stay.
