"This is a conversion of an older building. The three units have been completely updated inside to good quality. Unfortunately the room reeked of tobacco smoke which detracted from the otherwise good value experience. The owner should take more responsibility to inform guests how to check in with no staff on hand. Also to point out where the parking is located (down a narrow alley to the back). "We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and Riverview was the perfect place. We enjoyed hiking on the 85 acre property, with lots of little hidden gems to find. Afterwards, a relaxing time on the beautiful wrap-around deck and a barbecue. The location is secluded, but close enough to get to the beaches and other towns within 20 minutes.
