"Excelente servicio"

"The bathroom did not smell good. It was not clean well. The key of our door did not work at the first day and we got our key until the next day. They only left us 2 towels and we were 3. On the first day, they just gave us 2 bottles of water and when I was dor another one they charge me with 8 LEI and they did not inform me about the minisuper that was just at the other side with bigger bottles of water and also the hotel had water dispenser at the reception, this I noticed the next day we went out. The location is good but there was also a lot of noice outside all night long, we heard fights, people singinning super load, people chatting, etc. "

"Excellent hotel for nice people. Lots of fun, live DJ on night, and great amenities. Room is not too big but just enough for a good sleep. Just a few steps and you are in the center of fun of Bucharest, old town"
