"We enjoyed the cabin stay very much. Our only issues were no ice maker or ice trays so had to go buy some and we left for next people. Bedroom TV was difficult to figure out and operate. Ac worked great and place was clean and comfortable. "

"This cabin was absolutely ideal for our stay! The online pics perfectly represented what you find upon arrival, and the host was extremely timely in their response when we needed them. The cabin is conveniently located near to Dollywood and other attractions, which made it easy for us to get where we needed to go without having to rush. "We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental spot. Such a sweet relief from the busyness of Gatlinburg and very near the park entrance. Very comfortable accommodations in a charming cabin with a deck and fire ring, which we appreciated. Cabin is on the mountain, and there are a few cabins nearby but no privacy issues. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we could possibly need. Hated to leave!"

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
