"The pictures do not do this property justice. Aside from the inside of the home being super clean with plenty of room for 3 middle aged women, the property and neighborhood are very beautiful. It is just a short drive from the city and you feel like you are in a completely different world. Very quite and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the thermostat. Be sure to have breakfast at the little country store down the street. You won't regret it!!"

As others have noted, by “shared property” it means that while you have the upstairs to yourself, you still enter through the front door and foyer of the ground level occupied by the homeowners. There is something for everyone, and plenty of space. Every detail has been thought of for you by Kermit, and it makes staying here SO easy. "Needed a simple non-hotel to catch a couple of games at Constellation Field. No frills house to wind down from a ball game by players who enjoy playing the game and not the paycheck size. Walk time is 20 minutes as promised. Drive time (heat index got here early this year) less than 5 minutes to the gate. For the price, you will not be disappointed."
