"Absolutely beautiful cottage and surrounding countryside. My husband, son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters (18 mo & 3 yrs were very comfortable. "We booked and paid for a one night stop over as we were travelling back to the USA the following day. Up until 2 hours before check-in we had still not received check-in instructions from the host? We were left stranded in Crawley, sitting in a Cafe, with tons of luggage, frantically trying to contact the host and thereafter VRBO customer service. We ended up having to find alternate accommodation at the very last minute. This host / property should be removed from the VRBO website!!"
