The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. "The apartment was clean and tidy, though was freezing cold as the heating was off..the electric heaters did turn on quickly but was virtually all or nothing. The ensuite show lurched from boiling to ice cold without moving the controls...weirdly no hand towels or a tea towel in the kitchen and only a couple items of cutlery. However the bed was comfy"

"Lovely clean property, the children really enjoyed the games. We were very pleased with the little extras that the owners have available like tea & coffee. 40 mins from Alton Towers was very handy with a Tesco enroute so we could get any bits we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future when in the area. "

"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean.
