"Very helpful and pleasant staff, without exception. Clean rooms. Plenty of hot water, shower could have been a bit more powerful, but more than adequate. Only slight downside, the corridors smelt a little musty. But this didn’t detract from the stay. Would definitely recommend. "

"Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious."

The bathroom appeared to have new fixtures and was really nice and clean. There was a bit of noise from some troubled people across the street for a bit, but that is nothing the Glendower could control and resolved so I could have a restful sleep.
