"Beautifully remodeled. Loved the countertops and everything was right there. Very homey and comfortable. Couldn’t do a 5 star due to our reaction to previous pet exposure on the guest bed and couch, but we have now learned to go no pet homes. We’re just more sensitive than others I guess. It’s a very nice, well thought out house, much better than a hotel. "

"Me and my wife for the first time stay at the place in Macon and highly recommend this place and will definitely come back and stay again. For us being retired and Military this location was at the back gate of the base. Bill and his wife were so very friendly and helpful and went out of there way to provide the rental with everything and more during our stay. "This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

"This little home is very homey. It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas."

"Great stay overall. The road to the property is narrow and curvy. Setting is beautiful. Accomodations were all we needed except for a measuring cup. The bed is a little bit hard for our old bones but we managed for 3 nights. Living area nice and comfortable. Bathroom had all we needed plus super plush towels.Mr. McCoy met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. He was very kind. "

"What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

"I rented this house because it was a great deal and close to where my son was getting married. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was good size and had a lot of counter space (which we used while assembling goodie bags). People that flew in early or had later flights, were able to wait with us. The only issue I found was the driveway which we were warned about. All our questions were answered immediately before and during our trip. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. "
