"Charleson farm is magical! The hosts were Fantastic- super responsive and great communication before and during our stay. The house was beautifully presented and the property was so much fun to explore. Having the ponies just outside the window (they checked first with us if this was ok or we wanted them in the paddock) was so much fun for everyone. "It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay."

"This property is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with separate toilet. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Lorne restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The best feature is the balcony, with views of the ocean through the trees, and a great place to view the sunrise. Thank you Noel, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Fantastic winter break. Fire for the parents whilst drinking wine and doing a jigsaw and the kids watched some Netflix or did drawing, all between some nice walks and adventures out and about. Lovely garden, if a bit cold and wet to truely enjoy. Forrest also looks like a nice place to bring a mountain bike (when less wet or cold). Wish I had the skills to enjoy the resident piano.Hosts provided excellent communication and a lovely well appointed house."

"The house was good but the cleaner's could of cleaned it better before we came, since the owner pays them to do a good job. Personal I would cut the shubs out near the front door and maybe some trees down due to all the leaves around on the deck in case of fires or maybe cover the deck as you couldn't sit out side. Don't get me wrong the house was fantastic with the people we had very spacious not on top of each other which was really good and the owner was great to contact if we needed...

"A curious place that suited our group. Great entertainment space highlighted by an amazing fireplace. The bedrooms were most appreciated, the beds surprisingly comfortable. The multiple caravan/cruise ship type showers in 4 of the bathrooms were quirky. Great location we walked down to Totti's and back.
