Nice stay

Nice property. Backyard needs a little attention. We were charged an additional 30 for so-called dirty dishes left. I admit we had burnt cheese on the toaster oven pan which I tried to remove but couldn’t. Rest of the dishes were clean and left in the dish drain. Also trash left in the trash can which was one cup -not worth a 30 additional charge. Other than that nice property.

Lovely place with all of your needs anticipated!

We were all so impressed with how wonderful the place looked and how comfortable it was. We were even more impressed with how the hosts anticipated our every need. To top it all off, they had a welcome basket with waters and snacks for us. We all agreed we would come back to this vrbo again!

H Luther 1880 House

My son and his girlfriend live 2 doors down on Sowamsett. The location is perfect for a visit to see him and his girl as well as enjoy the beautiful Town of Warren. Bristol and Barrington are on either side of Warren and Newport is a short drive South.

Comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed being close to the Warren Beach with our dog. There were a variety of good restaurants nearby which we drove to with our dog. The people were very friendly as well. Great spot! Thank you.

Unable to access property canceled reservation

When we arrived at the property at 7:30 PM, we were able to access the key in the lockbox, but we were not able to open the door with the key. The door appeared to be stuck. We reached out to the host who came over promptly and was easily able to open the door with the key? Neither my husband, nor I was able to turn the key hard enough in the lock set to have the door unlocked, even have to repeat it tries. We agreed with the owner that we would come back after dinner and by then he would have oiled the lock and left a fresh key in the lock box. When we came back, there were no keys in the lockbox so we were locked out of the property. We found alternate overnight accommodations, and we are confirming that our refund is coming through as promised

A week in Warren

We stayed for a week and got to explore the area. A very friendly town, nice paths, parks, and tasty crepes! We stayed with our two college age daughters and were also visiting with their older sister who lives in Providence. Very quiet neighborhood at night. The only glitch was the VRBO app did not display the key box code sent by the owners but a neighbor was able to help sort that out.

Convenient to Bristol Parade

The property was as described, very nice. Great fenced in yard for the dog. Hydrangeas bouquet was a nice touch. This home worked perfectly for our purposes. (Visiting family in Bristol over Independence Day.)

Amazing Bristol Rental

My now husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for our wedding weekend and had the best stay. The house was clean with all of the necessary amenities. The area is close to downtown Bristol and the ocean. Karina and Peter were great hosts and were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this rental!

Visiting my Son in Warren

My son lives up stairs at 23 Sowamsett but has no room for visitors. This property is perfect for visiting and his girlfriends parents have already rented it for later this year. I hope we were good renters and plan on returning this year.

Comfortable, good beds and hot showers, easy walking distance to town. Hard to sleep due to noisy baseboards. The upstairs guests were noisy at times. No written information about internet or TV. Tried to message the host, but got no response. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great pre-Christmas trip!

We stayed at Peter and Karina’s for a weekend trip to delightful Warren, Rhode Island! The apartment was clean, cozy and in a wonderful location right near the bike path and downtown Warren. The amenities were thoughtful and excellent and Peter and Karina were easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for our stay!

Great Home in Rhode Island

A cozy, clean, dog-friendly home with easy parking and a fenced in back yard. We had a great week in this comfortable, welcoming home. Easy access and owners were responsive to our questions. Perfect placement in RI to get to Boston in about an hour and Newport in 30 minutes. Warren has a lot to offer too - yummy food, fun shops, beach, and a dog park. Our only note is that there are people on the second floor so if you have a reactive dog, that could be an issue. Our dogs were fine and were so thankful for a home that welcomed us and our 2 labs. We can’t wait to visit again!

29 King Street Make You Feel Like Royalty

I have rented a number of house across the country and 29 King Street in Warren, RI is one of the best. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, nice back yard and front porch and all in a great location. Topping it off is that the hosts could not be more accommodating. I know I will stay here again and am already looking forward to it.
