"The townhome week stayed in was quite new, very clean, and beautifully set up. Our only issue was that the heating in the bedrooms downstairs did not work, nor did the tv’s in the bedrooms. We reported these for maintenance upon leaving but this did not affect our 24 hour stay. The place was central to the township and easy to walk almost everywhere. Staff were Very helpful tour guides telling us the best places to visit whilst there. Thanks for the stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Norfolk Cottage. We found the property to be located close enough to the centre of the city without being too close. Check in process was easy and entry instructions were clear and concise.The property was well stocked with all the amenities you could ask for and we were able to keep cosy and warm with the heating working a treat."

"From the time I booked the Bluey House , Steph was amazing with any questions I had and would get back to me quickly. Our 3 children had plenty of room to play with games provided and also the beach is a short walk across the road which our dog loved.Sitting in the front lounge room with the gas log fire going made our stay cosy and warm. We'll definitely be back!"

"Very lovely location and extremely functional apartment. Would be ideal for a family with several children, two couples, or a group of friends. Walk to beach and whale viewing platform only 400 meters away. Quiet and secluded neighborhood.Some things to note: we felt the apartment was a bit outdated and that the beds were not very comfortable. The living room couch is also quite small for 4 or more adults to comfortably sit and relax - an additional cushioned chair might be a welcome addition....

"We were in Warrnambool for a Rotary Conference and the house was very suitable being close to the Lighthouse theatre and the many restaurants in Leibig Street. The house was perfect with two bathrooms and good facilities. It was very clean and the contact with the owner very easy."
