"This is a beautiful location. The only negative was at night you could hear the interstate, but it was not enough to keep us awake. The inside of the property is wonderful, immaculately clean, very well stocked and equipped. It feels very isolated, but is in fact, very convenient to western Knoxville and Farragut. Can't wait to return!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Jen’s tiny house. Very comfortable and cozy setting. We enjoyed hearing the wind blow through the leaves and watching the clouds scuttle by the mountains at this peaceful quiet retreat. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and Jen was an excellent communicator. We highly recommend her place."

"The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed plus. The beds were super comfortable and the 3 floors gave everyone their own space. The kids loved the downstairs area. Loved the decks!. The only drawback was the steps to the lake which was not practical for some. Overall the place was very clean and as nice as it looked in pictures. We would definitely stay there again if the tram is installed."

"The condo was amazing! Everything there for you, completely furnished. Loved the, Master Suite. Great king bed, enormous bathroom, nice furniture throughout the entire unit. It was a little much for just two people, but would be perfect for a family. If you golf or play pickle ball, you've found the right place. Plenty of lakes for Kayaking, paddle boarding, ect, also some beaches for sunning and swimming. We had one day to use indoor swimming pool, before it closed for maintenance, all other...

"What a great home. The boat dock was very good. Large and safe for any boat. Nice walkway to the water as well. Well equiped for all ages. Even when raining we had fun! The only issue is towing a boat with a tall tower on the small roads. Thats why one less star for location. Go straight to launch ramp about 1/4 mile north of property. We parked and locked our trailer at the ramp and drove back to the house. No way a trailer will make it to the home."

"Great location close to town but very quiet once you are at the house. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, and cleaning supplies. We caught several fish but it is hard to get into the water so most of the fishing was done from the bank. The sectioned off fenced yard was great. Thank you for sharing your house with us! "
