So clean and perfect for what we needed
Although we didn't spend a lot of time there, since we were busy, when we were there everything was great. Everything I needed to make dinner was available. The whole place was very clean which is extrememly important to me.

Farm View Suite
We enjoyed our two week stay. It was our home base for visits with family and friends in the area. This was our first experience with VRBO and it exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this VRBO experience. This will be our go to place each year when we return to Lancaster County.

Amazing place
First of all the pictures do not do it justice. This is an adorable place that is perfect for 1 person or a couple. The hosts are amazing. Julie was always quick to answer and give me updates. I had the unfortunate timing of being in town when a storm took a tree down and the property lost power. I was out at the time but when I came back they made sure I had lights inside so I could shower and once we realized the power was not going to be returning that night I went to stay else where and they refunded me a night with out hesitation. Strongly suggest staying here I know I will next time I am in the area!!

Get away for a weekend/grandsons basketball tournament
I found this on Vrbo it was beautiful the place was about 15 minutes from our grandson tournament and that was great. The suite was very clean it was equipped with everything we needed. I did not meet with the host because we were in and out because of basketball games. I hope to meet them on my next stay when my grandson plays in that area again. I will definitely book again. I would give this Host a 10 out of 10 it was just like the picture everything was clean and prefect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Exactly as advertised!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Farm View Suite operated by Julie and Brent Hess. It is exactly as advertised in the property description, right down to its name. Walk out the front door and take in the beautiful view of the farmland that makes Lancaster County famous. The Hess's are friendly, accommodating and genuinely welcoming of their guests. The suite is modern, comfortable and nicely appointed. The play area was a real plus for our grandchildren who stayed with us for a couple of nights, as was the fire pit where we roasted marshmallows. Thank you for a most pleasant stay and we look forward to booking here again on future visits to Lancaster.

Our stay was perfect!
My boyfriend & I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. I can't say enough about how great our stay was! The hosts Brent & Julie were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to accommodate us.They made sure the TV had the right channel to watch a particular football game we wanted to see. They even brought us pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving! The check in instructions were very clear, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Ron & Karen

Country Respite
My husband and I sing with a gospel choir that travels to the Lancaster area at least twice a year. This time we wanted a quieter place to stay away from the traffic and congestion of Lancaster. This was the first time we had stayed on property with the owners and it far exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were modern yet comfortable and rustic. We were within 10-15 minute drive to Lancaster from Millersville and in the fall the drives to and from were awesome. We visited for 2 days. Staying at a quiet place in the countryside was restful after busy days running around and shopping. Julie was a great host and the accommodations were even better than described in the listing. It was what I would deem the perfect mother-in-law space. She even had chocolate treats on the Welcome corner for us!! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Julie! We also try to find local restaurants wherever we visit and would recommend a visit to Jack’s Family Tavern and Restaurant in Millersville.
