When this was brought up, owner had excuses as to why, and told me that with window AC units she couldn't keep bugs out. Madam, I have stayed in cabins in the woods without dead bugs. Through this app! Refused a partial refund and we wound up staying at a hotel instead. Oh and this was for a funeral which made the event even worse. "

"This house was amazing. We had a large group with a lot of kids, and we had a great weekend. However, pool areas did not have locks, and the alarms that were intended alert entry into pool area only worked for one pool. I would also characterize this house as 8 bedrooms vs 9. One of the bedrooms doubled as a hallway connecting the two main areas of the house. It worked for us but could be challenging if you wanted a bit more privacy."
