Very nice stay
My family had a wonderful time while staying in this lovely apartment. It is very clean and spacious. The appointment is close to everything! The only thing is we weren’t sure how to make the hot water work in the bathroom sinks. It was not a big deal anyway we had a wonderful time.

Meh it was ok
This place is listed as sleeping 10. It does not comfortably sleep 10. There are three queen beds. One very uncomfortable futon. One cot that did not stay up. Had to put the very thin mattress on the floor for that. Two queen size air mattresses. One of which deflated during the night. Asked for a new air mattress on our 2nd day and got it late the night before we checked out (found it sitting outside the front door the morning we were checking out) There was not enough bedding for all of the beds. The roof leaked into one of the bedrooms. I texted the owner and did not get a response. I had to call the next morning. I was told someone would be there to fix it that day. That person did not show up until the day after that. We did not get check in information until 11 AM the day of our trip, while we were traveling there. The layout of the condo is nice. The train is a 15 minute walk.

Comfortable and spacious
Enjoyed our stay at this 3 bdrm 3.5 bath property. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Manager was nice and receptive. Neighborhood is eclectic - check out Aurora Market for groceries and Tabla for excellent food. Both within walking distance.

Great place to stay in DC
It was my first time renting a VRBO. We loved the place. It was beautiful, the rooms were big and roomy. It had everything we needed. A quiet neighborhood, about a mile from the Columbia Heights Metro Station. About 10-15 minutes from the National Mall and other DC attractions.

This was a good location for our visit. The area was quiet and easy to navigate. A 15 minute walk to the Columbia Heights Metro station was perfect and easy transport into DC proper. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Cozy, roomy and comfortable.
Me and my back up singers stayed for 2 weeks at this beautiful home and enjoyed the space and especially the bathrooms for each bedroom. The communication with the host was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the internet. It is not reliable, so if you have to work from home, you would have a problem.

Home away from home
This was the perfect home for my company. The rooms are spread out so everyone can work in their room with disturbing others and still gather in thr living room if needed. The owners were very accommodating and will definitely book here again.

Big and Beautiful
This condo has just been remodeled and is very nice. The 3 bedrooms and common space are good sized. It would be a great place for a family. There was even a roll away bed that more than easily fit in the living room, as well as an additional futon in one of the bedrooms. It would be nice to add some lamps and other touches to make it more homey. Also putting TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice touch. There are quite a few steps to get to this top floor unit, but once there, you are on one floor.

very comfortable apartment
Perfect for people who are travelling and need 3 bedrooms. Perfect for those who want a good night's sleep and a place to fix breakfast and lunch. Not a great place for a sit down dinner for a family, but that's not why we come to DC. Keep your dogs at home! 2 parking spaces at the rear. No place for more. 15 minute walk to nearest Metro.

This townhome is great. It’s very trendy inside, clean and large. We had 3 couples stay and the place felt very spacious. The living area is great for relaxing and the 3 bedrooms are a good distance from each other. It’s a quick Uber away from everything in the area. Corner just walking distance away for quick pick up items. Would recommend and stay again.

The property offered a great space for our family of 4. We weren’t in the property much because we were out sight seeing. The condo was clean and what we expected from pictures. We unfortunately had a group under us that where loud and cooking meals that permiated the entire building. If it wasn’t for the distance from the sites we would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and spacious. Very clean!
Great place to stay. Very comfortable for our family (4 adult children). Each of the 3 bedrooms had a full bath which was fabulous for us. Plenty of comfy seating in the living area. Dining seating was a little tight for us to sit together for a meal but we made it work. Full kitchen ( refrigerator ice machine did not function and there were no trays so need to purchase ice)! About a 10 minute stroll to the Metro which was so convenient. Quiet neighborhood. We were able to find parking on the street in front of the condo. We were there over the weekend so we were able to leave the car parked. Not sure what the situation would be for weekdays as signs indicate two hour parking! Will definitely stay here again!
