The property is a blend of historical and modern design. You can feel the aroma of history while simultaneously enjoying modern living in this house.You have everything you need and more in this house.The owner has a refined artistic taste for choosing and arranging the furniture inside the house.The host is very kind and responsive to all questions and inquiries.I definitely recommend this property for visiting the real DC.

Wonderful DC spot

This was a fantastic property well situated near the touristy spots in DC. The home was well maintained and the kitchen was heavily stocked with all the dishes and appliances you could need for a short stay. It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfortable and they were clean and cozy! The decor set the tone for a lovely stay!!I was very grateful for a designated parking spot but just a heads up that it’s tight quarters. But still - parking is included - woohoo!!

Loved our DC digs!

Best accommodations we’ve stayed at via VRBO, hands down!Perfect location, squeaky clean, sooo well appointed, comfortable and adorably decorated!The only suggestion we could possibly offer (because everything was nearly perfect) is maybe add a robe or coat heel . Thank you and we’ll be back !!

Would definitely stay again

I will give this a five star for Location, Comfort, Ease of access. The host were super accommodating. The place was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in even compared to a high end hotel.

Patriotic Pad in Ideal location

This property on Maryland has it all. Clean, easy check-in, off street parking, plenty of space for our family, cozy beds and DC/patriotic themed decor. The check-out/clean up was minimal which we also appreciated. The H St steercar (which is free) was a short walk and can get you close to Union Station so you can utilize the metro system easily. We enjoyed all the close restaurant options Ben's, Stable, Daru to name a few. Whole Foods is also close. This is definitely a place we would stay at again and recommend to others. Thank-you!

A week in DC with my adult son

Perfect for us. We each had very comfy bedrooms. Both bathrooms were well appointed. Full kitchen though we only had cereal and coffee there. If you wanted to make meals you would have everything you need. There are groceries near by. We were out and about everyday we were there and returned after dark. No issues getting Ubers into the city or back to the condo. Felt very secure and comfortable. We arrived a little earlier than planned and the host was kind enough to let us check in a little early. Would book this again in a heartbeat.

First DC Trip Did Not Disappoint

This property is wonderful! Beds are comfortable. Living area is nice. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. The price was right compred to others we reviewed. Parking is a little funky, so be sure to read the directions. We found that it was cheaper to drive and park than to take public transportation. Spot hero app got us spots for $14 to $18. The host always responded quickly and was pleasant. If we ever make a second trip to DC we will stay here again.

Property is very nicely updated Kitchen and bathrooms (1 full and a half) very nice A great location. Management company very responsive to some WiFi issues. Owner lives above and is very nice.

Beautiful rental

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless & communication was outstanding, Parking was a little tricky due to our vehicle size. I would highly recommend this rental and would absolutely rent the unit on my next trip to DC. Easy access to transportation using the free bus service to the metro.
