"The house was great for our family. It is an older developed neighborhood very close to downtown. We had tons of restaurants, the waterfront and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors were all nice and the houses all have good landscaping. It as a safe area. The house had three comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms. There were two separate TV living rooms and my boys enjoyed having their own space downstairs."

"The Fire house was such a fun, interesting and relaxing place to stay! Not only was the place full of character and charm, it was equally comfortable and welcoming. The place is much bigger than I anticipated when seeing it online. I was so impressed with the history and the decorations really help round out the story. "The unit had everything we needed and more! It was very spacious and homey. We really enjoyed the patio and grill, the roomy bedroom and the provided entertainment options. The patio space is your very own oasis with beautiful greenery! The host was very proactive and responsive! It was located in the hills with great views! The unit was only 15 minutes from downtown Portland with easy access to the freeway system. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Excellent accommodations. Loved the rustic charm, spaciousness and the working fireplace. Especially loved the hot tub overlooking the river and all the towels that were provided. Only negatives were the grill needs work as it doesn’t heat up and the cleaning people arrived before check out - which felt very rushed. Despite that - would stay again for sure."
