"We had a great time and will definitely option for a return stay. The house fit our group of 23 comfortably. We enjoyed family dinners on the large picnic table and a nightly bonfire. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 21 enjoyed boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, biking, and many other things that the house and area had to offer. The cottages were just great.  It gave us just enough privacy when needed. Everything was very clean and setup nicely. Everyone enjoyed the boat...

"We rented the cottage property because it was close to family. Both the kitchen and bathroom has been update- we did not do any cooking during our stay so can’t comment on that area. "We all liove the various Connecticut shore towns, and Ild Lyme was delightful. We revisited some favorite spots, and discovered a few new ones. The vintage appliances were particularly nice to find, and looking at old photos, we realized that the original cottage was really 100 years old!"

"We stayed for our annual Columbus Day weekend away with a group of 9 friends. The house was very comfortable and we had plenty of space. We really enjoyed the game room in the evenings - all the games were in excellent condition and everything was in working order (which has not usually been the case at other vacation rentals we have been to). We were lucky enough to have beatiful fall weather all weekend, so we could enjoy the lovely back yard. We made use of the gas grill, watch a playoff game...

"We loved this spot! It felt like our home away from home during our time in Mystic. The property is very close to many of the tourist spots as well as downtown Mystic. Shaun was a wonderful host and the place was clean & comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. Not a problem for me because I was traveling with my sister so there was no awkwardness going through the bedroom to access it but may be something to consider for some...
