Excellent location, wonderful stay
We were greeted on our first afternoon by a spectacular sunset! This is a beautiful location, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is well-furnished and comfortable for our family of 6 grownups. From the dining area, we had a view through a huge window and could see the beach and the ocean beyond. One afternoon we saw whales spouting in the distance. It is a convenient (about 20-min) drive to the Moss Landing area where we went kayaking one day and whale-watching another day. We recommend this property with enthusiasm.

Family Celebration!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful beach home. The home offered perfect room set ups for 3 separate couples. The Childs room and the media room were just right for our 3 granddaughters and our 17 year old grandson who stayed in the media room. The kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals for a group of 11. The tables and chairs were excellent and efficient for all of us to have meals or for the kids to do their crafts. The incredible view of the ocean, most importantly, the calming and therapeutic ocean air was so soothing and refreshing. My husband and grand kids loved fishing and playing in the sand. It was a wonderful experience being in this exceptional beach home!

Great location and view
Can’t beat the location of this house. The access to the beach is so easy and you feel like you have your own private beach. The owners were very responsive to any issues that came up or questions that we had. I feel like we had everything that we needed at this house.

The home was an ideal size for our family with easy access to the beach. We were fortunate to have glorious weather and a lovely view. The sports fans had access to several televised games off the main room. That was a nice touch.

Great Location!
This is our second time staying at this location! We enjoy being close to the beach and the number of bedrooms/baths were great! However we were a little surprised at the overall wear and tear of the place since our last stay 15 months ago! A little refresh might be needed soon :)

We had the best time. The home was big with lots of space. Rooms were big. Beautiful kitchen which was fully stocked. Beach entry way right avross the street. I highly recommend this home to anyone with big family. Just a beautiful stay. A vacation thats relaxing.

Great place for a family to get together
We loved the house, beach, and the tennis/pickleball courts. The kids and adults enjoyed the entire weekend (except getting the kids to bed!). No time for TV with all there was to do-games, views, walks, sand and waves, even a great climbing tree for little ones. Thanks so much!

Recent visit
The rental house was perfectly located, and fully stocked with all basics you will need. The ping pong table in garage was a hit!! It would have been nice to have a TV in the living room so that everyone could enjoy together. The room off the living room (where TV is located) is too small to fit more than four people, and we were a family of 11. The only negative was that the outside garbage cans were full upon our arrival, and not emptied/picked up until our departure, three days later.

What a Perfect Place For Our 3 Generation Family Vacation
Not much else to add. It was extremely clean. I have always had to clean at least some areas in other vacation rentals just to make it sanitary enough to stay healthy. Not this place! The housekeepers did a wonderful job! Even the laundry area was spotless! And the house was graciously set up but laid back enough to be able to feel really comfortable and at home. We all loved it! And all of us have rented many places all over the US. This was truly tops! Thank you, Sheila and Jim. You have certainly earned the “superb-hosts” rating from the 12 of us.

Family reunion
Over all excellent. Another bath or half bath upstairs would have been nice, as the people in the pull out sofa video room either have to go down stairs to the bathroom or through the master bedroom. The downstairs master bath definitely needs a longer shower curtain. You have to fight it constantly while showering to either keep it from wrapping around you or blowing outside the tub. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The view is great and closeness to the beach was wonderful. Close enough to stores etc too. thanks

Great Time At Pajaro Dunes
Wonderful property for enjoying the beach and amenities at Pajaro Dunes. Upstairs has nice open kitchen/dining/living space and beautiful views of Monterey Bay. Bedroom layout was very accommodating for our larger family gathering especially with younger children who could go to bed early. Ping pong table, sand toys and beach chairs were a big hit! Was within thirty minutes of Monterey, Carmel, Santa Cruz and other local attractions... but our best time was just hanging out and enjoying the beach house, beach, and Pajaro Dunes facilities (play field and bocce ball court). We had a wonderful time! Thanks!

Very Relaxing Weekend
The neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Raccoons visit if you accidentally leave the garbage out while going across to the beach! Lol. The house was well equipped. I needed pot holders and there weren't any was the only thing missing. Close to the Boardwalk and town. We enjoyed the house. Apparently it is loud downstairs when people are upstairs, but...I was upstairs so not a problem. The house is showing signs of wear and needs a little love, but it was clean and fit us perfectly.
