"Chris, I have been staying there for 3 years straight and this year 4 of us rented the unit. However 2 of the group at the last minute could not come. Then I get an email that another $100 is due for excess cleaning to be paid!! We left the place almost as we found it. Towels were washed( (2) and I forgot to strip the bedding. Where does this so called $100 cleaning bill come from? I always pay in full to avoid this type of situations. Both of us are 66 uears old and we had 1 6 pack of beer...

"The view and the home are outstanding! It was peaceful, quiet, and lovely. It was easy to find everything throughout the home and they had everything! The beds and furniture were very comfortable.
