Great Property for Family get together
We have stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and this is the nicest of any we have stayed at. The owner has thought of everything. Plenty of towels, plenty of all supplies, and even a container of personal items you might have forgotten. This property is beautifully decorated and roomy enough to enjoy togetherness or alone time. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Home for Wedding Party
I booked this house for the bridal party in a recent wedding I was in and it was perfect. The house far exceeded expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the second level was like its own hotel equipped with coffee maker and two giant vanities with mirrors in each room. The kitchen area also had plenty of room for the hair and makeup artists to do their thing the day of. Only thing I would recommend is an extra mirror in the basement bathroom/bedroom. It's the only one without the large vanity setup, and makes getting ready a bit difficult with more than one person trying to share the mirror above the bathroom sink.

Just Perfect!!
Everything about this place was just perfect! It was really 5 star accommodations all the way! Towels, linen, furniture, tv’s, all top of the line! My wife and I and the rest of the family could not find one thing wrong with this home and our stay here.

Just a Great Property in Iowa!
We stayed at this lovely home in a very nice small Iowa town for 3 nights. From the moment we walked in we were impressed, the home is clean, well-equipped, beautifully finished, and just a great place to spend some time with family. We were visiting local colleges and Waverly is centrally located for several schools. The host/owner was a great communicator and had thought of almost everything to make our stay comfortable. We have stayed at VRBOs all over the world and this is honestly one of our favorites of all-time. It was winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the garage space or outdoor features, but all are nicely equipped! Movie nights on the giant screen downstairs are a must! A+ to this rental!

Beautiful property to host family and friends for a weekend. We enjoyed the views as well as the walkability. This is a very spacious and comfortable home for your entertainment needs. We highly recommend booking this for family gatherings or for your perfect and relaxing getaway.

Family Vacation
Our family of 10 (grandparents, children, grandchildren) loved this property and location. We loved the front porch, back patio, finished garage area, game room and lots of room to spread out and enjoy our time together.
