"A nice cottage in a perfect location for strolling into Holt. Parking very good. Excellent dog walking area within 200 yards of the cottage at Spout Hill wildlife area. The cottage is tucked right in the corner at the end of the row, so gets no one walking past, and has a fairly private patio area for when it isn't quite so cold.
