"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."

"Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. We scraped every corner trying to get our brand new trailer in place, ended up having to leave it off site as it would not fit without damaging our trailer. You need to update...

Was mostly clean (with the exception of the stove burners- someone had previously boiled over or spilled stuff, and it had not been cleaned, so immediately started smoking when we went to use) and comfortable. "The house was very nice, roomy, and well maintained. The road leading in is narrow (which is expected for mountain roads), but the drive had plenty of parking. We throughly enjoyed watching the deer every morning and evening. Even though the trail head is farther than advertised (13 miles instead of 3 miles), the drive via SxS was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to see y’all again. "
