"Our family stayed the week here and we had a great time! It had everything we needed while here and was under 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store. We have four kids under 10 and the kids looked forward to fishing off the dock from sun rise to sun down. We would recommend this house to other families looking for a lake front home! "

"House was perfect for our family and friends and our 2 wonderful dogs, want to thank Dennis for sharing his awesome home with us for a few days, the size of the home was perfect everybody had their own bed including the 2 extra 10 year old classmates my Granddaughter invited, could not have been better, conversations with Dennis were the best, sorry if we were a pest, LOL, see ya next year for sure"

"We've stayed at this lake house for several years and it's always comfortable, clean and relaxing. The back porch is perfect for meals and fellowship and the lake side view is beautiful. We always enjoy using the kayaks and paddle boards. This trip we caught a few cat fish, shell crackers, bream and white perch while kayaking. Thank you Pat for another wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning in the spring!"

"My husband and I rented this house for our daughters, their spouses and my four grandchildren. This property is even more beautiful in person. Had all the amenities and more. We had the best time hanging out on the dock and riding out on Lake Gaston. We had a memorable time and would love to do it again."

"The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat...

"Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. We swam, kayaked, hot tubbed and hung out in the many lounge spaces. The house is well set up and maintained!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Fires, fishing, cards, pool, ping pong, boating, family meals and perfect weather. Even with 66 degree water temp we tubed and water skied! Plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of room for all our food. Our dogs loved the dock and the yard. We will be back!"
