"We were here for a reunion in the area, was a perfect place to stay. A nice park across the street that we used quite a bit, walking, disc golf, basketball. Enjoyed the 2 living rooms, reclining couch! Quiet neighborhood, we would come back!"

"Stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights for a Hawkeye football game. Location was nice. About a 10 minute walk from the edge of downtown and then another 20 or so minutes to the stadium. The furnishings were pretty basic, but the place was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 beds in them. So it works well for a group. Suited our needs just fine and I would stay again if in town for a game. "

"Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. "Host was very kind and responsive, condo was beautiful and very clean, and the location is wonderful! Very walkable and in the heart of campus life. It would be nice if parking was in the same building, but it was close enough (although beware… parking in the garage is very tight). We would definitely come back to stay again!"

"The perfect farmhouse setting. We had the whole Iowa family from Cedar Rapids come down to visit us at this vrbo. It reminded them of the farm property they all grew up on about 50 miles away in Independence. With all the trees, grass paths and deer each morning, it was a joy to sit on the front yard porch swing sipping coffee! "
