"House was very clean and cozy! Nice beach feel. We had snow during our stay and snow removal was handled the next morning. I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch. "

"Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!"

"With the youngest being 60 and the oldest 81 we were happy to have the living area on the bottom floor. The only concern we had was that neither the porches nor the deck where the trash barrels are were shoveled which made things a little precarious. But that did not diminish the pleasurable weekend we had. So many bedrooms allowed most of us to have our own room! There was a bottle of bubbly waiting as a Welcome. All in all, it was a delightful weekend!"

"We were thrilled upon arrival with this property. Very close to the beach, meticulously maintained with a beautiful bright and cheery interior. The living area was comfy and cozy. The kitchen lacked for nothing and the bedrooms were spacious with bed linens that were fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the deck off the kitchen for morning coffee and watching the ocean waves. A very lovely home and perfect location JB"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, clean and owner allowed us to check in a little early. "This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List.
