"This is a cozy cottage with beautiful sunset views right out the back door over an expansive estuary. And it's a short 3-4 minute walk to the Wells town beach. "It's a very nice hotel. No restaurant, but there's a great brewery/tavern across the street. I didn't need, but got a spacious, accessible room. This is a fine place to sleep and do some work. There is a pool and workout room, but I am not taking advantage of those. Would highly recommend for anyone doing business in the area or vacationing nearby. Good value. "
