"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"Searles is a good site with plenty of entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT. We made the booking through Hoseasons and on two occasions we received emails saying your payment has not gone through and the booking was cancelled without any contact with us apart form the email. We struggled to find a phone number to resolve the problem which is still a mystery. Searles provided us with contact number and we were able to book it over the phone. The online booking system was a disaster"

"This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too."

"Everything we wanted and needed. 8 ladies celebrating a 60th Birthday. The barn is spacious, comfortable and homely. Perfect for a get together. The host was lovely and was willing to help and share her knowledge. There are clear instructions on how thiings work and dos and donts, which were useful. Absolutely no complaints at all. "Vicky is a lovely host and her rental is stunning. The location is perfect: a lovely stroll into Hunstanton, sea view and access to local beaches. Beds and sofas are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and everything is immaculate. The home is also very spacious which led to a very relaxing stay for our party."

"The house is exactly as described so suited our group well. Local area actually has some great places to visit - Langham Glass in Fakenham , the North Norfolk Railway not to mention the Thursford Collection virtually next door ! We divided our time between the garden and trips out (the seal watching was fabulous) . Good local restaurants too. Overall a really pleasing stay."

"Perfect location with parking outside. Only small front garden. Very clean and tidy but lower bedroom was slightly cold and took a couple of days to warm up. The ceramic lamps hanging over the dining table were a hazard and heads were bumoed several times as they are too low. Seating needs replacing to accommodate four people. Despite the comments we had a lovely holiday."
