"The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows)."

"This was the perfect place to stay while connecting with extended family in the area. This is one of the best-stocked, most comfortable VRBOs I have ever seen (and we have stayed in a LOT of VRBOs…3 different ones on this same trip alone!). The host was so friendly and made checking in/checking out super easy. The kids loved the pool. The location was very convenient to get to all the shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this property. "
