Jason and Susie were gracious hosts and kindly shared their knowledge the Weslemkoon area to help us get the most out of our visit. Looking forward to seeing the Eco Retreat continue to grow!"

The hosts Jason & Suzie were magnificent and went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. A very nice balance between relaxing on the property and adventures on the beautiful Westlemkoon Lake. We had a great time and look forward to returning."

"We were very impressed with our hosts. They were super nice and very accommodating. Hats up in the air to Oscar and Sage for making sure that we didn't forget our pets at home, and gave them extra scratches behind their ears. Definitely we will book again :-)"

"Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. This is a public entrance area. Our son did some fishing off the dock and caught a nice size bass which we...

"The place is absolutely gorgeous - such a tranquil location. There are multiple hang-out spots for those who need a break or a change of scenery (two balconies, screened in porch/balcony, fire pit area). The water is beautiful with a view of crown land on the other side. The cottage is spacious and accommodates many comfortably as described (although we were just a group of 3 and a dog!). Loved the fireplace on our cool nights, that was such a treat. There are lots of hikes in the area that...

"Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing."

The location was ideal, offering a peaceful and private retreat. And when you have a teenager, he doesn't exactly want to play board games all the time as there in no TV or DVD player. Beds were really firm and didn't have a lot of give to them. The living room furniture was actually lawn chairs and one small love seat and no coffee tables. It was clean and warm at night. 7 out of 10"
