"My wife and I (and 17 year old son) spent three wonderful days at this 'Rustic' cabin. The cabin was clean, quaint and exactly what one would expect from a 'rustic' cabin experience. The hosts Jason & Suzie were magnificent and went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. A very nice balance between relaxing on the property and adventures on the beautiful Westlemkoon Lake. We had a great time and look forward to returning."

"Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. "My husband and I cannot say enough about the amazing time we had at this property! Janet and Dean were so kind and hospitable and made us comfortable for our entire stay. The cabin and washroom was spotless when we arrived and had all amenities we needed for the week. So many great activities available for families and children. "The place is absolutely gorgeous - such a tranquil location. There are multiple hang-out spots for those who need a break or a change of scenery (two balconies, screened in porch/balcony, fire pit area). The water is beautiful with a view of crown land on the other side. The cottage is spacious and accommodates many comfortably as described (although we were just a group of 3 and a dog!). Loved the fireplace on our cool nights, that was such a treat. There are lots of hikes in the area that...

"Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing."
