Family Stay in Cayman
We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Bay! Our condo was well equipped, very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. With 3 kids we used the pull out bed and it was great! We enjoyed the pool practically to ourselves, the lovely view and the snorkel opportunity right there. Loved having so many places close by as well. Would highly recommend this condo!

AMAZING stay at Coconut Bay!
Everything from booking to check-in to our 8 day stay was perfection. Tim, the owner, and his management team were all amazing to work with from Day 1. The property itself is situated at one of the best spots on the island - West Bay! Immaculate, clean, and located right by the pool with an excellent view of the Caribbean right out the back door. The property came with all the necessary cookware to eat in, washer/dryer so you can pack light, and lots of toiletry items including shampoo/conditioner/body and face wash. Ample towels and blankets were also provided for our stay. Macabuca and Cracked Conch are only a 2 minute walk from the lroperty and ample dive shops in the area. If you are a diver this is definitely an excellent place to stay! We loved everything about it and plan to return in the near future! Many thanks again to Tim!

Totally perfect!
Our family of 5 stayed 6/2024, about 5 days. This condo is fresh and clean and appears recently updated. It has everything, from beach towels, ample dishes and flatware, and plentiful blankets and pillows for 5 of us. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the AC + ceiling fans keep the temps pleasant. Teapot, blender, good pots & pans, food storage; many extra little things that made the stay convenient. The pool and ocean view are right out the patio door so it's the first thing you see when you walk in. It is a small and quiet complex so you may at times have that beautiful pool and beach to yourself! It's far enough from 7 mile beach that you can spend the entire vacation in quiet, but it's also easy enough to get around for restaurants, etc. Pretty much everything you need is a few minutes drive, and in some cases, just a walk: we walked to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery, and to the Cracked Conch next door. Check in was a piece of cake, communication with the owners and the management company was also super easy. Checkout was very simple as well: we tidied up, put a load of towels in and loaded our dirty dishes, and out we went. We appreciated that there were no surprises upon arrival. Uncomplicated house rules, easy checkout process, and the photos you see online are exactly what you get. We were able to enjoy every moment of our vacation without a care. We would 100% come back to this rental, it was perfect for our family!

Great location in West Bay
The condo is in a great location - away from the crowds but a fairly short drive from the Georgetown area, depending upon traffic. Fosters (grocery) and Jacques (liquor store) are in a complex a quick 5 - 8 minute drive away. As noted in other reviews, Macabuca is basically a few doors down, and both Tukka and Calypso Grill are a short drive away. Snorkeling off the ladder entrance was very easy and convenient - be sure to hit some other spots such as Eden Rock (great spot!), Smiths Cove, and Cemetary Beach if you are into snorkeling. The condo was very clean upon our arrival, and was well stocked with towels, etc. Communication with property management contact via WhatsApp worked fine, though sometimes a bit delayed. As I believe some other reviewers may have noted, there is an onsite overnight security guard. In our week there it was a very nice gentleman who always took the time to say hello, and obviously took his job of patrolling the grounds seriously. Two items to note: this unit does not have a BBQ/grill, and the Wi-Fi does not appear to be broadcasting in the 2.4 GHz band. We bring an older “vacation” laptop with us that has 2.4 GHz wireless, and it could not see the SSID for the condo. Newer 5 GHz devices such as phones had no issues. This should be an easy fix for the owner/manager to enable if they are even minimally technically inclined, but we did not bring it up to the property management contact Melinda since it was such a minor inconvenience.

Paradise Getaway
If you are looking to stay in a family friendly, beautiful location in the Cayman Islands then you have to stay at Coconut Bay! From beginning to end, everything was pure perfection! We had the beautiful pool, ocean view, and luxurious accommodations for our entire family of five. Plus so many activities are just a short walk away such as the Turtle Center, Dolphin Discovery, Hell, and restaurants. To head into Georgetown, it’s a quick ride! Having a car for us was a must! Thank you for such wonderful memories!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful memories!!
Our family of four, kids ages 9 & 10, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation spent at this beautiful condo in north west bay! Upon arrival, and easy access to the property, it was immediately apparent the owners took great care in thinking of every convenience and accommodation to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible. We travel a fair amount as a family, and this condo has set a new bar with what it includes and provides, the property amenities and overall comfort and ease of the space both inside and out - everything was top notch! We would 100% stay here again!!

A Diver’s Paradise
This property is absolutely stunning inside and out! It was perfect for our active family of five who spent most of our time underwater. How amazing to walk only a few steps out to the sea and one of the most beautiful dives in Cayman! Not only that, but when you finish with your dive, they’ve thought of everything you need in the condo from lots of drying spaces to no need for a key to worry with while you’re underwater. And the condo is pristine and clean, with modern furnishings, appliances, amenities, etc. We lacked nothing and had such a wonderful time. Melinda was very knowledgeable and helpful and responded almost immediately both before and while we were on island. Check in was so simple and went very smoothly with the code. Our vacation was very special thanks to her recommendations and assistance . We loved the area as well-felt like we got more of the true flavor of the island but could get to the more populated area easily if need be. We hope to come back soon to the Cayman Condo at Coconut Bay! Thank you so much for sharing your diver’s paradise with us:)

Wonderful relaxation in amazing accommodations
This rental is by far, the most amazing place we’ve stayed. Clean, safe, spacious, communicative, just perfect. We traveled as a family of 4, one teen and one tween, and had so much fun. We had so much information given to us prior to arriving, all questions on restaurants and activities answered before we arrived, we felt like we were locals. Having the dive spot right out front was spectacular. Stingray was great with equipment and info as well. The mini wall was fantastic: turtles, rays, barracuda, eels, and more. So much to explore. Can’t say enough for how clean and wonderful the home was. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens, and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Always a huge bonus to have washer/dryer. Thank you so very much. We will be back.

The three musketeers in paradise
We want to thank the owners Patrick & Whitney for letting us stay at their property, it was even better than the pictures. The property was lacking nothing. Melinda, the property manager took care of us like we were family. Her communication was amazing start to finish and beyond. If you are diving or just looking to get away from everything, this place will not let you down. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend this lovely place. Great seaside condo with location close to everything but secluded for privacy
This is a great well maintained condo with an awesome west bay location. It is simple to get to and feels secluded but also close to everything you would need in west bay or seven mile beach. There was very little traffic from other residents or guests the week we were there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool area is clean and maintained and right out the back door. The beach area is nice for relaxation and has a walkout stair for snorkeling or diving. No walkout beach but it's not needed in my opinion. Having the Cracked Conch and Tiki bar almost next door is also a major plus. Great place within walking distance. The condo was updated, clean and everything we needed was provided. From kitchenware, to towels, to beach/pool items, it has it all. The owner was responsive and helpful for all my questions and check-in and out was very simple. I had not interaction with the property manager but also didn't need it. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back in the future.

Diver’s Hideaway
This clean, comfortable, quiet property is a great find for an active yet relaxing dive vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for preparing meals in. Furniture and decor are in excellent condition. Best of all, this property offers the most convenient shore diving experience imaginable! Aside from a minor hiccup in communication with the property manager regarding entry passcode, logistics were simple and smooth as well.

Best VRBO unit and experience ever: Book it NOW
I have been to 20-something countries and stayed at a range of accommodations booked through every possible channel available. (And we are rental property owners too — so we take our rental experiences very seriously!) This condo rental was hands-down the best vacation find we’ve experienced as a family — which is going on 17 years now. The condo itself is perfection. The cleanest, tidiest rental I’ve ever been in; excellent location on a beautifully maintained property; and completely outfitted with everything you could need or want — from high-end, comfortable furniture to shower toiletries to laundry soap (this is huge, as us moms know!!!). In addition, the owners treated us like family (better, actually!) from the first inquiry on. They gave us excellent advice that worked its magic throughout our stay, and they were beyond accommodating and kind when our travel plans hit (massive) speed bumps early on. Their hospitality was simply phenomenal, as was the property manager’s. She too embraced us before we even arrived, making sure that we’d be immediately comfortable at the condo after a few nightmare travel days on the way there. She checked in on us during our stay too — could not have been more gracious. And easy… These people were the easiest owners I’ve ever worked with. We cannot thank them enough for sharing their amazing property but even more than that for being such awesome humans. This condo is the best — BOOK IT!!! Do not even waste another minute looking anywhere else on the island. You have found your slice of paradise! Go!!!
