"One of our best family vacations ever! Plenty of elbow room for our crew of 11 including 5 kids under 12. The bunkroom was a hit. Kitchen was adequately equipped with lots of flatware, plates, glasses, and mugs. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, etc. The house was immaculate! The location within Black Butte Ranch was great, easy walk to one of the main activity centers with a pool. "
