Parents Weekend Stay
The place is adorable. It is an older house and the bed could have been a little better, but overall a great little place. Cute fire pit area outside. Know that you are in the owner's backyard--they are incredibly respectful.

The perfect getaway
The house is beautiful. My wife and I drove over from NJ for a Valentines weekend in PA. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. Well decorated, a super comfy bed, and a modern shower in a home from the 1800s was an unexpected perk. The area is quiet and close to some fun activities including the Baldwin Book Barn, and downtown West Chester where there are countless great restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this home for a weekend getaway.

Quick trip
My sister and I made a quick trip to west Chester to see my kids and grandkids and the cottage was perfect. We only slept there but it was perfect to just come back and not be bothered and better than a hotel room. And the location to my kids was perfect! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful quaint cottage!
We enjoyed our stay! Please just be sure to thoroughly read what’s available in the half kitchen. We booked quickly without realizing there was no oven or stovetop. We didn’t leave the cottage at all to visit any of the local restaurants and had to think about what we would prepare for our 3 night stay. We cooked on a griddle and hot plate burner that we brought along with us. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the deer that came out and roamed the property. Cottage was quaint and absolutely adorable. The hosts were very great at communicating with us and staying in touch incase we needed anything. Thank you Chad and Nina for everything!

The cute and cozy cottage
This is a darling little cottage on the grounds of a historic farm. The host, Memi was so welcoming and sweet. The cottage is small, but being petite size it was perfect. After being out all day; it was wonderful to sit in the parlor with a fire in the fire place. The bedroom upstairs is very comfortable with an on ensuite bathroom. There was no kitchen as described but I could heat up left overs in the microwave. A small refirgerator is available. There is no silverwear or mugs. There is a coffee/ tea station with disposable cups, coffee stirrers, variety of teas and coffees, sugar etc are provided. It was so relaxing having a cup of tea while sitting in front of the fire. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and well kept. I can't thank Memi enough for providing me with a respite from my busy days. I hope to stay again when I go back to West Chester.

Enchanting, relaxing cottage
My new husband and I took a “minimoon” to West Chester and stayed in this lovely property for the duration of our trip. The hosts checked in via message to make sure we had everything we needed, but otherwise let us enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. Mina even went above and beyond afterward, noting we’d left a dental retainer behind and offered to ship it back home to us. 5 stars across the board. We look forward to returning for future trips!

We appreciated the quick responses from the owners. If you are looking for something with charm this is the place! Close to West Chester and other interesting towns. We spent the day at Longwood Gardens, a must see.

Little slice of heaven
If possible i would give this cottage a 10 rating. It was not only charming, but beautiful, inside and out. The area is very picturesque and peaceful. The owners Mina, Chad and Zoey, are wonderful hosts. We didnt miss the tv at all. Highly recommend this property. 10 out of 10 in our opinion.

One of our best ever VRBO experiences
Mina was a joy, offering lots of useful tips, giving us a tour of the trees on the property (beautiful old trees), and introducing us to her dog Zoey, giving us a bit of ice and extra coffee (promptly!) when we asked. We stayed 4 nights, did a lot in the area, and our only two hesitations in staying again are that I am 69 years old and struggle a bit with balance, so the stairs are a bit challenging for me, and two, the mattress was not all that comfortable for us, and the bed VERY squeaky (so whenever either of us had to get up to use the restroom, we were wide awake for awhile). Lots of charm for this unique stay. So glad we chose it!

Beautiful spot.Charming bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. Very peaceful. Short drive to fantastic restaurants. Such a pretty town also. Longwood gardens were fantastic and only a short drive.

Quiet and convenient
My wife and I stayed for a weekend away. We didn’t spend much time at the cottage, but when we were there it felt like home away from home. Plenty of access to the surrounding communities which are full of trails and fun places to visit.
