"The location was perfect, right off the interstate and centrally located between everywhere we wanted to be. Very Modern style apartment but able to feel like home and still sit back and watch TV. The washer and dryer in the apartment made it very easy to head home and not have to dread doing all the laundry. Definitely will be staying here again!"

"Loved this place and the host Daniel was great with communicating with us. Everything was nice and clean and just as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet. Being able to use the garage was a plus and sitting on the deck was especially nice. If I had to request anything it would be to have dresser/chest of drawers in the bedrooms, but this would not deter me from staying there again. Most definitely a very pleasant stay and better than the hotels."

"The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again."

"Inside the house was nice and clean but the outside could use a little work. There was trash in the backyard which was taken care of by the owner once he was made aware of it. Also I found a pile of dog droppings mixed in the cedar chips which is not inviting. But it did have a working washer and dry plus plenty of room for my family. Plus we found wonderful frozen custard near by."

"The decor was very modern and appealing. The bed, pillows, and sheets were all perfect. Nice big TV. Huge bathroom (we got the jacuzzi suite). Pool was great. There’s plenty of really great little places to eat. We ate/drank at the ice cream place, smoothie place, Asian restaurant, and Hurts Donut (which was so great I bought a t-shirt). We did a bunch of activities all around and everything was within 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone headed to Des Moines."
