"Friendly welcome and a lovely room. No parking but you can park at another pub/hotel down the road for £10 per night. No breakfast either but there’s a couple of cafes in town. When I booked this it was for an event at Hampton Court Palace- it’s further away than suggested (30-40 min walk). Hampton Wick has a few pubs (including this one) and they’re all nice. Would stay here again."

"Tastefully decorated, well equiped and air conditioned rooms although the pub itself wasnt. That said the pub was open and airy with good outside space. Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner all recommended). Just a note, my elderly parents were on the top floor..no lifts. "

"El aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar y nos ofrecieron un ventilador como solución. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación pero nos dijeron que el problema afectaba a todas las habitaciones. Les pedimos que nos enseñaran otra habitación para comprobarlo ya que en la recepción y en la primera planta se estaba fresco. Nos enseñaron la 16 y la temperatura no tenía nada que ver con 21, habitación en la que nos alojábamos. Nos cambiamos y pudimos dormir, a pesar de que el aire no funcionaba . La...

"El personal muy amable, la habitación bien y hotel bien, el único detalle es que esta muy lejos de las atractivos principales de Londres, no conveniente para los turistas , a menos que quieran conocer Richmond y los jardines reales, estos últimoa si estan cerca"
