"The house was clean and the kitchen what’s furnished with all your kitchen needs. The heated swimming pool was amazing and also the sauna. Our family was busy playing games swimming, enjoying the hot tub, playing shuffleboard and basketball. Tara, the owner was kind and answered your questions promptly. "Overall it was nice, the only thing is a few broken items: handle to one of the patio doors was missing, trash can in the kitchen was broken, it would be nice to have extra comfortables or blankets as the house does get pretty cold due to the old windows. In addition, the fire place does need looked at as it appears the vent does not work so we couldn’t use it. "

"Overall we were very happy with our stay at Swan Lodge in Saugatuck. We were able to stay near family for the Christmas holiday. The lodge felt like we were part of a Hallmark Christmas movie and we loved the big windows looking onto the nature preserve. There were a couple of minor hiccups (driveway was not cleared and a little icy, and the water in the upstairs tub came out rusty), but the managers were responsive to our feedback. "
