"Place was clean inside and looked very nice. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The washer and dryer were useful. Outside was a little sketchy because some of the other rooms had notices of eviction from the sherif. Overall, I recommend this place. My only real complaint was the bathtub design. "We stayed for just an over night girls trip. There were 3 of us. Plenty of space. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and utensils along with coffee, which was nice. There were however a lot of scuffs and surface damages to the apartment from prior renters and but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. Brand new is a bit of a stretch but overall it was good. Perfectly located just outside of downtown.."
