"We really enjoyed the ability to take our senior dog out with ease and we used many of the amenities available to us. Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. Communication was great with the owners. "

Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). "Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet with a small town feel. Most of the major appliances appeared relatively new, the beds were comfortable and the house was staffed with an abundance of linens and towels. Front and back yards are completely fenced in which is perfect for those with small dogs. North Beach is only a short drive from College Park, Baltimore and Annapolis. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying there...

"We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis."

"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There were some things that could make a stay so much better. The bedrooms need at least one chair. Although there were books in a drawer with directions for the high end appliances, each one should have a quick explanation on usage next to it. The information said the table seated 8 and yet there were only six chairs! A putting green was described and even showed a picture of one in the original...
