"Outdoor dining area is great. The beach is not crowded at all. The house is spacious and offers a lot of privacy for each bedroom. The kitchen has all the utensils and pot/pans you need. "The structures themselves are 1970's construction. The interior of the condo I rented was updated. It's basic, not fancy but has everything one needs and the location is prime, there is abundant wildlife both and feline and chicken to endlessly entertain whilst sitting on the lanai. "My wife and I loved this place. It’s small, intimate and has everything we needed. It’s close to Hanalei and Princeville so it’s easy to get around. With the kitchen appliances, we were able to cook a couple of breakfasts and lunch so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We would definitely stay here and recommend any other couples to stay here. "Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also."

"We were welcomed with such graciousness: beautiful leis and cold ginger lemon drinks and refreshing towels and then escorted personally to our spacious and artistically decorated condo. The room was a bit outdated, drawers stuck, back door was difficult to lo lock and shutters stiff and noisy. Note to renter- bring all toiletries, coffee/filters, and there is only cleaning service if you pay for it. You also have to remove all trash regularly. No microwave available.
