"This property has a great location in the heart of Newport. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops and the Wharfs. Having a parking space was also key since parking in the City can be pricey. The layout of the home is a little bit funky with the kitchen, dining room and TV viewing area being located on the top floor, but the 3 bedrooms all with king beds and each with its own bathroom is huge. The property managers were fantastic and really responsive. We would definitely stay here...

"The house was in a great location and had ample parking. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and would definitely ask to stay again. My favorite spot was the back deck. It has a beautiful back yard! Some things worth mentioning: it needs pots and pans as it had very few. The bath towels are microfiber so they rolled and stuck to you so we used our beach towels. The area has a lot of history we loved the mansions, sunset schooner tour and even the troley tour was very informative Host was prompt with all replies to any questions we had. "This is a great little place to stay in Newport! The room was adequate and comfortable and the bathroom down the hall was decent. Wish there were blackout blinds/curtains in the room as the wharf lights made it very bright at night. The best thing about this property is the location and the kindness of Tara the manager. We would definitely stay here again!"

The space was super clean and Cindy went above and beyond to put items in the room to make the stay more comfortable. She even hand makes soaps and sprays which she provides samples of to use (I ended up buy two bars of soap!).
