Just lovely!
The Cove (cottage) is bright, clean, cozy, and welcoming. Sheila has thought of everything to make it comfortable. The location is perfect for access to beach walks, sunsets, and birdwatching. We recommend it to anyone (a single visitor or a couple) who enjoys the quiet side of Cape Cod, yet they can easily explore all the way to Provincetown if they wish.

Beautiful location
We loved the location and view, we just wish it had been warmer. The cottage was chilly and we had a problem with the water staying hot because it was cold outside and the cottage isn’t insulated. That’s the gamble you take going in October! We would definitely go back, but at a different time of the year :)

Idyllic Stay
I had a wonderful time. This cottage studio is so cute and in a great location! I loved how close it is to the water. It was super convenient to check in and the reserved parking lot close by was fantastic. Sheila was an accommodating host, provided great instructions and everything was smooth.

Rental from hell
This property was totally unusable for us . Bed was a Murphy Bed 12” off ground. Bathroom not usable . T V did not work . Cold air blower would not turn off. Small heater did not work. Had to leave after one night. Too a room at Best Western . I am handicapped. Could not get off the bed.host did not care.

Quaint cottage, great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay in the cottage. It served as a great base for wider exploration of the entire cape, and was nicely located only a few yards from Colonial Acres beach on Lewis Bay, a lovely beach for chilling, paddling, watching wildlife, the ferries running in and out of Hyannis and as it happened perfect for watching the end of summer fireworks across the bay.

Cozy Cottage
Great little place perfect for our weekend getaway to cape cod. Location is perfect and very close to ferry terminals so taking an excursion to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard was a snap!

A little piece of heaven!
Our stay was everything we expected and more. It was quiet, homey, clean and decorated so beautifully. Very comfortable and many extras like an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and kitchen needs. We will certainly stay there again. Already planning next years stay. Thank you
