Decent accomodations for large family in West Yellowstone. Heidi was professional and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to book with her again.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Great fit for our family of five, and the laundry in the room was a great convenience. Price was fair for the space. First week of June was still comfortable with no AC (on second floor), but I wouldn't have wanted to be there the next week during heat wave. Resort ammenties were not available supposedly due to Covid, but no other property we stayed at during our recent 18-day trip was so shut down. Gave the perception of facility laziness/lack of staff, not concern for protection.
We knew we had to pay for internet before we got there, but didn't think a service you pay for would be so spotty. Site should have a network engineer review their upstream link and distribution if you're going to try to charge seperately for it. (And really, it's not 2003 any more - asking a guest to pay separately for internet comes across as cheap/petty, please just roll it in your resort fee. Guests will also complain less about quality if it's not a separate charge.) Ended up using our Verizon wireless service as much as the wifi, which has good service there.
All considered, would visit again anytime between Sept and early June. Might look elsewhere for a property with AC for July and Aug, in case the random heat wave comes through.
