Easy Access to The Driftless
What a cute spot! We loved staying at Chad & Vicki’s cabin. It offers all the amenities you’d appreciate having at home, while still feeling like a modern cabin getaway. Just enough space, nice furnishings, bed and pillows are comfy, cable TV and WiFi . . . But then you step out the door and take in the rolling land that is the Driftless, and you know you’re somewhere special. We’d definitely stay again! With close proximity to a few of the more popular towns in the area, this is a great homebase for those that want to be out enjoying the area - while simultaneously having a comfy spot to call ‘home.’

A Peaceful Country Retreat
The cabin, which is very well appointed, is a nice as the view. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, long walks with the dogs, and visiting neighboring towns. Our stay was delightful.

Fabulous get away cabin.
If you want the perfect cabin to come to see the the fall leaves... Look no more!! Chad & Vicki have created. the most cozy retreat. Beautiful homey decor . Our dog Gemma was impressed it even had a bed for her.. Ha ha. Close to all we wanted to see.. Thanks again for your hospitality. We plan to be back . .

South Ridge Cabin
That was one of the cleanest cabins we have stayed in. The privacy is perfect for a relaxing time with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. We were also blessed with a full moon and a sky full of stars. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Just what we needed...
We were so happy to find this cozy little cabin in the driftless area! As most have said, it was so clean and had everything you and your four-legged friend could need! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and watching the cows across the road, grilling our dinners on the gas grill provided, and spending time around the fire under the stars. During the day we enjoyed hiking around Norskedalen Park and visiting the local winery! A great place for a solo trip, a couple or small family. We'd go back tomorrow!

Perfect get away
I wanted to surprise my husband with a little weekend get away with the dogs for our anniversary. This was perfect! Close enough to town if we needed anything but still out in the country where it is quiet. I wished it wasn't overcast at night, i bet the stars are amazing to see... maybe next time, because we definitely would come back

Wonderful cabin!
I have stayed at many, many short term rentals over the years, and this one would be at the top of my list. I wanted to get my anxious dog away from noisy fireworks and this place was perfect for that. Peaceful, quiet, yet close to lots of interesting places! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make a person welcomed and comfortable. Absolutely loved it!!

great location in the driftless!
We had a storm and power was out. chad called and then brought flashlights. Good job keeping us comfortable for the brief inconvenience. Nice place, quiet and clean.

Gorgeous Views, Super Host
This cabin is so cute and cozy and more spacious than it looks. The views are gorgeous. It was snowing when I arrived but the host was out cleaning up the drive way to make sure I could find it and get in. The host also contacted me several times during my two week stay to offer clean towels and sheets and make sure everything was going well. I was in town for work and brought my dog and the yard was perfect for her. I highly recommend staying here.
