"When we arrived we didn't have water in any room and that also happened the day we left. The staff was not very helpful and they attended reluctantly. I wouldn't go back to this hotel and I think it's a high price for the service they give"

"I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. I took a video but it does not allow video uploads so this is the only two screenshots I was not able to get from it. But all the pictures posted on their website are exactly the same. "It's relatively new, so it's very clean,but they don't have enough staff. 55 mins to get breakfast because only one person in the kitchen. One house keeper. No shampoo or conditioner in room. When attempting to check out, the reception area was locked. Then I discovered the receptionist was also the one waitress in the restaurant. Pool is great and I like the fact that there is no close off time."
