"My daughters and I stayed at Island Breeze Cottage last week for a 'girls weekend' and very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was exactly as described, had everything we needed, and the screened porch was perfect (and necessary). We loved the decor and little kitchenette. Lovely breezes and peaceful nights. We hope to return next year!"

"Enjoy Don's cottage - the screened in patio was lovely to enjoy coffee and do some light office work. Kitchen had enough of everything to heat or prepare simple meals. Hot water was plentiful and pressure good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet at night but during the day there is a small business next door that you do hear light people chatter/deliveries. I would say this location is like a modern cabin - just enough of everything but still feels rustic."

The bedrooms and living room are spacious, and it has a cute little sunroom in front, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea early in the morning. "The property lies a couple of streets back from the water front. The drive to the house is via an eclectic variation of trailer homes. The campsite is really quite large. The house was lovely - very clean and spacious. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs powder room and a jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from the master bedroom and the upstairs hallway. On our day of arrival, we were treated to 2 2-hour training shows, at 3pm and 8pm, from the nearby Naval base, where Hawkeye aircraft...

"Had an Awsome 8 days , views were amazing from just about everywhere in the house. Fishing was good from dock, crabbing was slow, a little late in the season. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The restaurant just down the street had very good food, especially the fish tacos. No issues at all during our stay. Beautiful club house, indoor pool and golf course."

"Cleanliness is most important to us and it was immaculate. This is however very basic. No microwave. Amenities consist of 2 rolls of toilet paper. No tissue, no paper towels. Decor is early yard sale. That said the double bed was comfortable, the location included. We picked the place because we could bring our dog. The charge was $49 per day and no refund . They have a sign in the office that says, "Paradise is expensive " For an Eco trip on the cove the charge was $89 per person and again $49...
