The building is ok from the outside, but the location bites. The path to the lake is blocked by a large dead tree. "We enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion of the property. Liked watching the squirrels and chipmunks and deer in the woods from the deck. There are other houses nearby but it was quiet and we still felt like we were alone. Spent a lot of time in front of the fireplace on the very comfortable couch just watching TV or on the porch enjoying the fall breeze. My only feedback would be that it would be nice to have an end table on both sides in the master bedroom, more hooks or storage in the master...

"The owner was very kind, thoughtful and quick to respond to our messages and questions. The house was clean and just like the pictures. He offered us complimentary meat and eggs. Our grandchildren enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle, riding a horse and feeding the rabbits on the property. When our older grandson didn’t want a horse ride, the owner let him drive a tractor!
